Our LITTLE MOON STUDS feature exquisite semi-precious gems. Each one has a mesmerising rose-cut design and measures 1cm in diameter. The rose-cut style, dating back to the 16th century, lends a unique touch to these studs, with their round, cabbed flat base and faceted top, showcasing the gems' natural radiance 

Encased in sterling silver bezels, these studs showcase the captivating beauty of four enchanting gems: Labradorite, Moonstone, Iolite, and Onyx.

Ancient legend claims that Black Onyx can absorb negative energy and help the wearer to let go of difficulties and live in the present.

-Labradorite

Labradorite display an iridescent optical effect (or schiller) known as labradorescence - where the surface of the stone seems to shift colour.

Labradorite comes from Canada, where the native Inuit people believed it had fallen from the frozen fire of the Aurora Borealis.

-Moonstone

Moonstone has a pearly or opalescent lustre. Ancient Romans admired Moonstone as they believed it was born from solidified rays of the moon.

-Iolite

blue - purple gemstone. In legends, ancient Viking navigators used thin slices of iolite as filters to help locate the sun on cloudy days
